During my own health journey I was able to heal my Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome which I suffered from for all of my adult life, until I FINALLY made the intuitive switch to a 100% VEGAN DIET. This meant that I was able to say goodbye to severe acne, painful cysts, infertility issues, weight issues, amenorrhea, prescription meds and vertigo.
For those that suffer from food abuse issues; healing through food and using moderate exercise is a wonderful, positive and powerful tool. Learn how to love your body, nourish with healing and calming foods and incorporate more fruit and veg into your everyday diet. Plant-based or vegan diets or simply incorporating more plants are a useful pathway for many (myself one) who suffer from disordered eating.
