I am a qualified chef, and holistic nutritionist in training. Wholesome food is my passion. Holistic nutrition coaching is helpful if you ever feel overwhelmed about what to eat or stuck in a rut. There’s a lot of conflicting information in the media which leaves many confused about what to fuel themselves with. Not only that, food addictions are a common daily struggle for most people. Breaking the cycle with nutrition coaching will overhaul your whole life starting with your plate. First, your daily diet is reviewed and an individual nutrition plan is put in place. This can also be done for entire families, including children. Children and teens can be very resistant towards what Mum and Dad say is healthy. Another voice is sometimes helpful.

What will I eat on this program?

An abundance of colourful, vibrant, mostly raw (living) plant food is going to be the majority of your food intake. Eat live and feel alive. Learn to make and love wholesome plant foods and delicious treats. Think fresh fruit, leafy greens, root vegetables, sprouts, cold pressed almond milk, coconut milk, chia puddings, bircher mueslis, coconut yoghurt, plant protein smoothies, coldpressed juices, vegetable curries and soups, salads, stir-fries, raw chocolate treats, Hawaiian tapioca puddings, Thai coconut desserts, superfood shots. . .  Depending on the individual and personal preference optional protein sources will be included if desired. It takes 21 days to create new habits and break through old cycles. That’s not a long time in the scheme of your life.

Pantry Overhaul

Make your pantry and kitchen a place where you can always create healthy meals and snacks. Somewhere you can rely on to feed and nourish your body. I can help you declutter and cleanse your pantry and fridge, and organise and restock with an foods which fuel your body towards your best health. You’ll notice your attitude towards food becomes more positive and it doesn’t stop there. Your entire life is based around food. Food can make your body feel good or bad. This can then change your emotional state to positive or negative. Nutrition is one of the most powerful tools. When food addictions are gone, and you’re feeding your body only the good stuff, how you feel in your own skin and about yourself changes as well. Optimum health AND positive self-body image is the ultimate goal.

Body Image Coaching with Whole-food 

For those that suffer from food abuse issues; healing through food and using moderate exercise is a wonderful, positive and powerful tool. Learn how to love your body, nourish with healing and calming foods, and empower your life through a healthy eating plan. Plant-based or vegan diets are a useful pathway for many (myself one) who suffer from disordered eating. Learn about whole-foods and how they heal and promote optimum health, and how not all calories are created equal. Plant-based food is alkaline vs acidic and Yin vs Yang. This lowers acidity and inflammation in the body, which lowers anxiety around eating and promotes ‘Yin’ energy or feelings of calm and positivity. Getting in the kitchen and learning to cook vibrant vegan, raw food and treats is so much fun, and eating this way lifts energy, boosts metabolism and makes you feel amazing and light. It is entirely possible to learn to love your body with the food you eat, guilt and punishment free.

Let’s work to make your kitchen a place of pure health and wellbeing, where food is a healer and you don’t have to feel guilty or negative towards food. Cooking lessons are fun and a great way to learn about what whole plant and superfoods can do for your optimal health and the health of your family.
